Receptionist

Job Description:

As the Receptionist, you will serve as the face and voice of our organization, creating a welcoming and efficient first impression for all clients, visitors, and team members. Your responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. A key part of your role will be to maintain a professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and assisting with various tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members
Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating meetings and conference room bookings as necessary
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-presented at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Work Environment:
